Kids are turning to electronic cigarettes to get their nicotine fix.  The Centers for Disease Control reports the number has gone up for kids in junior and in high school.  In fact, one in ten high school students have tried the electronic smokes.  Illinois is taking steps to reverse the trend.

Dr. Tim McAfee, with the CDC, says the number of kids using the electronic smokes has doubled in the past couple years. Governor Quinn signed a new law which bans anyone under 18 from buying e-cigarettes.  That law takes effect January 1st.
