While Illinois' governor is promoting limited gun rights, it's a completely different story in the Show-Me State.  Governor Jay Nixon (pictured) has signed a bill that expands gun rights in Missouri.  The new bill lets state employees keep firearms in their vehicles while on state land.

It also permits fire chiefs to carry concealed.  The governor also vetoed a bill that would have made it a misdemeanor for federal agents to enforce federal gun control laws in Missouri.
