A missing Wood River woman has been found alive and fairly well in Missouri. 41-year-old Leslie Dona failed to show up for work on Monday at Wood River City Hall, but did use her bank card at an ATM in St. Peters, Missouri that morning. She was pulled over by police inEurekaThursday at about 3am, and was later involved in an accident near the I-270 / I-44 Intersection in Fenton.
It was just a few hours later during the morning rush hour that Wood River Police Chief Otis Steward says she was involved in a rollover accident.
She is suffering from some broken bones and a minor head injury, and is being held for observation. Steward says she hasn't really given a reason as to why she left, other than having to deal with some personal problems.
