The Madison County Health Department is using the Father's Day holiday to remind men about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle by releasing a series of tips developed by the Centers for Disease Control. Madison County Health Department Health Promotion Manager Amy Yeager says that getting the men in our lives to live healthier often starts with a conversation.

Yeager says there are several things that men can do to improve the quality of their lives such as eating healthier, staying active, reducing stress and making regular appointments with their doctors.
