The Marquette Catholic High School Capital Campaign has reached its goal. The campaign was launched in late 2010 with a goal of $3-million to upgrade infrastructure and the educational experience. The final total was $3,012,000.
Marquette Foundation Treasurer Mark Kratschmer tells The Big Z the project actually began with the idea being proposed in 2008:

He says the most obvious improvement was the upgrade of the Commons from the patio area, but there have been improvements in the electrical service, new restrooms, increased security, and $250,000 for the endowment fund.
