An East Alton man was arrested on outstanding warrants and could face additional charges following an incident on Saturday.  36-year-old Jacky Forgy of the 400 block of Airwood Drive is being held without bond on a parole violation as well as on two other warrants.

Police officers attempted to serve the warrants to Forgy on Saturday and he allegedly fled from his home out a back window and tried to escape on foot.  He was taken into custody shortly after.  Forgy was wanted on a warrant for felony theft, aggravated fleeing and a parole violation.  Authorities say they discovered two syringes and $967 in cash in his possession at the time of the arrest and believe he could be involved in the local drug trade.
