A St. Louis man has entered a guilty plea in bank robbery cases out of Edwardsville and Fairview Heights.  53 year old Marc Miller pled guilty to two counts of bank robbery and faces up to 40 years in prison for his role in the crimes in which he was a passenger in the getaway car.

Federal authorities say Miller was present at the time of the crimes at the US Bank locations inside of Schnucks grocery stores in Edwardsville on January 28 and Fairview Heights on February 10.  Miller allowed the codefendant to use Miller's vehicle to commit the robberies while Miller waited in the passenger seat.  He was captured shortly after a US Bank was robbed in St. Peters, Missouri, and admitted his role in the crimes.  He will be sentenced on July 10.
