The Broadway Corridor of Downtown Alton is fertile and ready for creative entrepreneurs to grow and thrive.  That is the message Sarah McGibany, Executive Director of Alton Main Street, wants not only potential business owners, but elected and appointed leaders in the city to hear at an upcoming workshop.

The guest speaker will be Pam Schallhorn, Community Economic Educator from the University of Illinois Extension.  McGibany tells The Big Z part of the day's discussion will relate to zoning issues.
