It's a nationwide takedown of home health care fraud, and Southern Illinois one of the places fraught with fraud.  Two of those busted hail from the Riverbend.  U.S. Attorney Steve Wiggington says this was largely a case of home care assistants billing for work they did not do.

The dozen people charged in Southern Illinois, including 50-year-old Lisa Jorden of Cottage Hills and 40-year-old Shelia Vickery of Alton, are among almost 250 nationally across 17 U.S. Attorney Districts.  It's the fourth round of "Operation Home Alone."
