Illinois lawmakers are voting to give immunity to teens seeking medical help for a drunk friend.  Representative Scott Drury of Highwood says the bill was prompted by a drinking situation in his district.

Drury says his legislation aims to help kids do the right thing by protecting them from prosecution if there is a medical emergency.  It's now up to the governor to sign the bill into law.
