A new budget has been approved by the Lewis and Clark Community College Board. The budget for the 2014 fiscal year totals $33.6-million, which is a 3.7% increase from last year's figure. It also assumes the state will pay the the college the $3.4-million it still owes from the previous fiscal year, which would balance the 2013 budget without using any working cash interest.

Officials at LCCC expect to recieve $6.7-million from the state during the fiscal year. The budget also includes a 2 to 3 percent raise for all full-time employee groups and maintains current health care costs for full-time employees.
