Illinois Governor Pat Quinn is facing another setback in his plan to close Murray Developmental Center in Centralia. He’d hoped a judge would toss out a lawsuit asking that the center remain open, but the judge did just the opposite. Judge Marvin Aspen says Quinn hasn’t proved his case that closing the facility will save money.
