Early voting begins later this month in Illinois, but the last day to register to vote is today.  If you want to cast your vote before Election Day March 15, Madison County Clerk Debbie Ming - Mendoza says you may want to think about voting early.  She says you can cast a ballot beginning February 29 at her office in Edwardsville.

Ming-Mendoza tells The Big Z the presidential primary is getting a lot of attention.
