The Alton Little Theater's production of Vintage Voices wraps up today. The last three Saturdays, the program has treated crowds at the Alton City Cemetery. Organizers remain excited about this year's lineup of "guests," with the theme being "Visionaries & Pioneers at the River's Edge."
Each person has a story to share, and the committee in charge this year has again found an interesting collection of residents. Diana Enloe, costumer and performer, says crowds have been overwhelming.
Tickets can be purchased at the Vine Street entrance to the cemetery. Tours run between 1-3pm and leave about every 15 minutes through the cemetery which is handicapped accessible. Tickets are $10 for adults, and Enloe advises getting there no later than 2:00 to get your spot in line.
