Airport officials are coming out with some good news regarding Lambert-St. Louis International. Airport Director Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge says that after nearly ten years of major turbulence, Lambert has more than doubled the number of passengers and is adding more flights.

Lambert hosts eleven of the nation's 17 airlines, and offers daily non-stops to more than 62 destinations. Flights to Boston, New York City, San Diego, San Antonio and Panama City Beach are being added over the summer. Hamm-Niebruegge believes the amenities in the newly remodeled C Concourse and additional runway space allows the airport to go after more business.
