The New Year is here and you've made your resolution, but how do you accomplish the goals you set for yourself without giving up too soon?  Mike Homan, Clinical Social Worker at OSF Saint Anthony’s Health Center, explains why some resolutions are not likely to be successful.

Homan tells The Big Z it's important to develop a strategy to accomplish your goal, whether it's to lose weight, stop smoking, or just spend more time with the family.  He says sharing your goals with other people could help keep you more accountable.
