A judge that claims she was shoved by congressional candidate Bill Enyart (pictured) at a parade says an apology will make things better. Laninya Cason is an associate judge in St. Clair County and she says Enyart shoved her while she was trying to hand out her campaign flyer at a parade in O'Fallon.

Enyart's campaign manager says it was an accidental bump and says Enyart apologized right away.  Cason says otherwise, but she says that if Enyart apologizes, she'll drop her efforts to get him charged. She did tell police her story and they are investigating.
