Jesse White is officially the longest serving Secretary of State in Illinois.  He says he has a long list of accomplishments, including making the roads safer for young drivers, helping reduce drunk driving deaths, and reducing wait times at DMVs all across the state.

White has been on the job for 15-years.  He's outlasted James Rose, who served nearly four terms from 1897 to 1912.
