Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. will be returning to the Mayo Clinic this week to be re-evaluated by his doctors, according to his father, the Reverend Jesse Jackson.  His son is being treated for bipolar disorder.  The congressman's father is not giving a specific day when his son will return to the clinic.

The 47-year old legislator was treated for at least six weeks at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota over this summer for bipolar disorder.  It is a condition marked by extreme mood swings.  He has been on medical leave from Congress since June.
