Former congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. may yet be granted his request to have details of his medical condition be kept secret during his sentencing proceedings.  The judge presiding over his sentencing denied the request, saying she couldn't make a ruling until she actually had the soon-to-be-filed court papers in her hand.  Jackson will be sentenced for misusing campaign funds July 1st.

He's expected to file his sentencing memorandum later this week and his attorneys say it will contain medical details about his bipolar disorder that should remain private.
