Taxpayers are footing the bill for a boozy hangout across the street from the White Sox's home field, U.S. Cellular Field. A report by the "Tribune" finds the "Bacardi at the Park" restaurant was paid for with more than three-million-dollars from the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority, a government agency that owns The Cell. The agreement that made the deal possible also stipulated the White Sox would not share in any of the restaurant's profits.
