About 250 girls will be submerged in a day of learning at the SIUE Engineering Building on Saturday, February 20th.  The fourth annual "Introduce a Girl to Engineering" will be held that day.  This year's theme is "A History of Famous Women in Engineering."

The event is organized by the school's Society of Women Engineers.  SWE Youth Outreach Chair Ashley Huels tells The Big Z the event has been growing each year.
