An Illinois inmate wants one-point-seven-trillion dollars for being “injured psychologically” when he was arrested.  Rufus Jones is suing St. Clair County, Randolph County, both of those county’s state’s attorneys, and Southwestern Illinois College, claiming all of them played a part in putting him behind bars on charges of sexual harassment and stalking.

Jones is currently serving time for inappropriately touching a classmate at the college, a charge he actually pled guilty to.  Jones was banned from campus after the incident and he says that has diminished his educational opportunities.
