Illinois' air quality was good in 2010 but according to the state's Environmental Protection Agency, it's worse than it was in 2009. The EPA issued its annual report Monday. Air quality in 2010 came in at good to moderate 91-percent of the time compared to 96-percent in 2009.

EPA officials say the slight dip in air quality is nothing for residents to be concerned about. They say air quality is still at a healthy level and pollutants are on a steady decline.
