Higher auto-insurance premiums are coming soon for some Illinois drivers.  The House has passed legislation that would raise the minimum insurance required by law beginning in 2015.  One legislator predicts the plan will cost drivers who currently pay only the minimum required by law another 75-dollars a year.

The bill already passed the Senate and only needs final approval from the governor.
