Animal lovers and their four-legged friends will gather at Godfrey's Glazebrook Park on Saturday for Hope Animal Rescue's first annual Run For Rescue 5K and One Mile Mutt Strutt. Melody McGowan, a volunteer at the shelter, thought of the idea according to race co-chair Mary Kate Malone.

Malone says they will also present trophies to the top three runners in each race and each division and also award prizes to the three best dressed dogs.
