Hundreds of homeless people in Madison County will be able to take a step to improve their lives today through an outreach program called Project Homeless Connect. This is the 6th year for the program in Madison County and the Madison County Continuum of Care says there will be services available for a wide variety of issues the homeless have to deal with.
David Harrison, the Continuum of Care Coordinator for Madison County Community Development, says this day gives them their “Point in Time” count for the year.
