A pair of heroin dealers from the Upper Alton area are looking at the possibility of a life sentence after pleading guilty to a trio of crimes in a man's death last September.  33-year-old Tyrone L. Adams, and 26-year-old Cara L. Moss, both of the same address in the 2700 block of Powhattan, pleaded guilty in Federal Court Monday to selling the heroin that killed 23-year-old Leonard O. Hormann III on August 20 of last year.

Hormann paid $100 for the heroin that killed him.  Adams and Moss pleaded guilty to Distribution of Heroin Resulting in Death, Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premises on Powhattan Street, and to Distribution of Heroin within 1,000 Feet of a School.  Both are scheduled to be sentenced on April 29.  They have been held without bond since they were arrested by Alton police on September 5.
