“We are experiencing favorable conditions in the natural gas market. Inventory is at record levels, production is up, and we’ve had a mild beginning to the winter,” he said at a news conference Monday at CUB headquarters in Chicago.  Some of the savings will be eaten away by increases in the gas delivery cost for Ameren, Peoples and North Shore Gas customers, leaving a net gain of about 7½ percent.  Chilsen says you can save more through energy efficiency, with practical tips available at www.CUBEnergySaver.com.
