The federal health care law roll out appears to be gaining some momentum, and a local health department wants to make sure you get enrolled if you need coverage. The Madison County Health Department is holding Affordable Care Act sign-ups at the libraries in Bethalto, Roxana and Wood River at various times throughout the month, and at the Alton Salvation Army every Tuesday and Friday morning through February.
