What will become of Alton's Haskell House?  That is a question the city hopes to answer soon, and is hosting a public meeting at the end of the month on the topic.  Alton Park & Recreation Director Mike Haynes will make a presentation on the current maintenance and fiscal needs of the building.

After that, he says the floor will be open to the public to ask questions and voice concerns.

Haynes says the meeting is open to anyone, not just residents of Middletown.  The meeting will be held at Haskell House on February 29 at 7pm.
