More than a quarter-million immigrants in Illinois will soon be eligible for federal health insurance.  Open enrollment under the government-subsidized Affordable Care Act will begin in October.  A groups say it's trying to get the word out because many immigrants are afraid to come forward since they're in the country illegally.  

The Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights in Illinois will begin a month-long campaign aimed at educating immigrants about the facts.
