Illinois' next big lottery jackpot could go to someone who purchased their ticket online. The state is moving forward with a plan to establish the online system but Anita Bedell with the Illinois Church Action on Alcohol and Addiction Problems is disappointed with the move.

She says the lottery targets young people who don't understand when to stop.

Bedell says she's disappointed with the U.S. Department of Justice's decision to allow online gambling. Illinois Governor Pat Quinn says this could be very beneficial for the state.
