The mayor of Grafton is squashing a rumor that live music in the city may be coming to an end.  There had been some speculation that amplified music played outdoors would be severely restricted or done away with altogether.  Tom Thompson says that is not the case.

He tells The Big Z there was one business that racked up several complaints last summer.

Thompson says there has been some discussion of putting a 10pm cut-off on live music, and believes that possibility will be discussed further before the spring.
