Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner has announced the forming of a new, bi-partisan commission to study education funding. Rauner says the commission will study how to ensure that each student gets a quality education, regardless of where they live. The Governor said that Illinois has the biggest gap between rich schools and poor schools.
