Governor Quinn is in Spain promoting Illinois goods.  His spokesperson, Brooke Anderson, tells the "Chicago Tribune" that Quinn is meeting with Spanish business leaders and high level government representatives while he's there.  The idea is to increase trade and other investments between Illinois and Spain.  Illinois exports to Spain totaled more than 296-million dollars last year.

This is the fifth country Quinn has visited in the last year.  He will arrive back in Illinois on Sunday.
