Spring has sprung and its that time of the year again, time to clean up. The Village of Godfrey wants to help out to protect your personal information with your efforts by hosting a Shred It day on Saturday, May 9 in the Godfrey Village Hall.  The Godfrey Climate Protection and Energy Efficiency Committee is sponsoring the Shred It Day.

The day aims to securely shred and destroy all personal files. Climate protection and Energy Efficiency Committee Chairman Nate Keener tells The Big Z they have a plan as to where to send the shreddings.
