The Godfrey Planning & Zoning Committee will be examining the possibility of amending its minor subdivision rules at its next meeting.  As the ordinance is currently written, once a parcel of land is split as a minor subdivision once, it cannot happen again, and this is setting up potential roadblocks in some cases where to do so would make sense, according to some trustees.

The village Board has also given first reading to an occupancy permit ordinance that contains suggestions trustees have made since the process began last year.  It comes back for second and final reading March 4.
