Gas prices are heading up again. Patrick DeHaan, with GasBuddy.com, says prices could jump by as much as 15-cents in the next couple of weeks. He says political unrest in Egypt is contributing to a rise in crude oil prices, plus there’s been a drop in oil supplies at a time when gas is in high demand.
Right now, Illinoisans are paying an average of three-72 at the pump, up 12 cents compared to this time last year. Of course, that number drops in the central and southern areas of the state.
