Today marks the four year anniversary of the shooting on the campus of Northern Illinois University. Five people were killed and 21 others injured when a gunman opened fire, later killing himself as well. Governor Pat Quinn says the new Cole Hall honors their memory.

Quinn comments

Cole Hall was given a six-million-dollar facelift before reopening last month. It's the home of the state's newest Anthropology museum.
