A former Illinois state trooper who hit and killed two sisters has once again asked a judge for his license back. And once again, the victims' family was in the courtroom to protest.  Matt Mitchell was driving more than 125 miles an hour and talking on his cell phone when he crossed the median on Interstate 64 near O'Fallon and slammed into the car carrying Jessica and Kelli Uhl of Collinsville in 2007.

Mitchell, who now lives in Texas, has made several unsuccessful attempts to get his license reinstated, saying he needs to be able to drive to work.  But the Uhl sisters' mother noted Mitchell had been in seven crashes before the fatal 2007 crash, and shouldn't be allowed to drive.  A decision could take several months.
