A man who was indicted along with 25 other individuals and charged with being part of a large cocaine distribution organization, was sentenced to six years in federal prison on May 31st. 31-year old, Victor Alberto Montalvo-Perez, who is a citizen of Mexico and in the United States illegally will also serve two years of supervised release after being charged with one count of Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine, and one count of Illegal Entry into the United States Without Inspection.


A Judicial Order of Removal was also entered against Montalvo-Perez, which will require him to be deported from the United States following his release from prison.
