Getting the food to the people is still a problem in too much of Illinois, according to Lt. Gov. Sheila Simon, who says not enough people live near a full-service grocery store or other place with fresh healthy food.  The problem is called “food insecurity.”  “One of the things we are looking at,” she said, “particularly for small-town grocery stores, when there is a change in ownership, how can communities make sure that the grocery store keeps going.  It's a challenge.”
