Today is the day for the only fundraiser of the year for Senior Services Plus' Meals on Wheels program.  It is the annual Feed the Need Concert, which was moved to Alton Square earlier this week when flooding made the Riverfront Amphitheater inaccessible.  Headlining the show this year is country music superstar Marty Stuart (pictured).

He says this benefit is a good way to give back.

Senior Services Plus Executive Director John Becker says mall management stepped up and made this event possible, but it has cost about $5,000 in added expense to move the show.

Becker comments

Tickets will be $25 at the gate.  The concert begins at 5pm, with gates opening at 4.  Also on the bill is Marty Raybon and the Expidition Show, as well as local artists The Harmon Family.
