While the three most popular routes to see the fall colors get much of the attention from visitors to the region, beautiful colors can be found anywhere. Typically the peak of the color season for our area is in late October and sometimes into November. The head of the local tourism bureau says we have enjoyed an extended season this year, and it appears the colors are peaking now.
