Elder abuse can take many forms, and there is a seminar taking place Friday that can help you identify some of the not-so-obvious signs. In addition to the physical abuse, sexual abuse, and isolation, financial abuse is also highly reported, when it's reported.
Senior Services Plus spokesman Kim Campbell says there will be many activities tomorrow.

Campbell says there are different agencies that take reports of abuse, but those agencies differ, depending on the circumstances of the abused individual. That and many more topics will be covered Friday afternoon at Senior Services Plus in Alton from 1:30-4pm. Registration for the free event is not necessary. Call 465-3298 for more information.
