Vaping's not for kids. At least, that's what Illinois lawmakers say. The Illinois House has passed a bill to outlaw possession of electronic cigarettes by anyone under 18. The sponsor says the bill treats the product as if it were a real cigarette. “Most of these have nicotine in them,” said the sponsor, State Rep. Kathleen Willis (D-Addison). “The FDA is still out as to whether this is really a harmless device or not.”
