Immigration reform is making progress on Capitol Hill with a couple key issues keeping the debate strong. Democratic Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin told "Fox News Sunday" he believes there's a good chance of reaching a deal with Republicans on immigration.
Durbin said both parties have a responsibility to come together and pass immigration reform legislation. The main sticking points so far have been border security and disagreements over a pathway to citizenship.
