It’s that time of year again - time to "Start Seeing Motorcycles". Last year in Illinois, 144 people died in motorcycle crashes. State transportation Secretary Ann Schneider says in hopes of reducing that number, the annual safety campaign is reminding motorists to share the road.

Schneider comments

Motorcyclists are urged to do their part as well, by wearing the proper safety gear, taking free IDOT training classes, and using turn signals for every lane change.
