The agency tasked with bringing more tourism dollars to the area has been near the forefront of the technological revolution for a number of years. It recently took a look at some statistics that verify their hard work is paying off.
CVB President Brett Stawar says they have gotten into search engine optimization, which helps drive consumers to the CVB's website when looking for area events in their search engine of choice. And then there's the Facebook page.
In addition, the organization's official website has seen a marked increase in traffic over the past year, and they have developed an "app" that allows users of the I-Phone, Droid, or other personal data device access the fall color guide.
